Computer Repair and Upgrades

We offer computer repair and upgrade service for residents of Southeast Colorado and Northeast New Mexico.

Fees: $30 per hour. 1st hour includes diagnosis and is non-refundable.

• You must bring your computer to us, or arrange to meet us in Trinidad, Colorado or Raton, New Mexico for pick up.
• For upgrades, the off-the-shelf cost of the upgrade (new software or hardware) is not included in the hourly rate.
• If your repair or upgrade is expected to go beyond 1 hour, you will be notified before we proceed.
• You are not charged for time downloading programs/upgrades and for time your computer is running a program and we're just waiting for it to finish. You're only charged for time we're diagnosing and repairing your computer.
• If your computer is past the point of no return, we'll let you know.
• We will not steal, borrow or otherwise store any of your computer's files (pictures, documents, movies, or software). That's your property.
